"WHEN YOU READ, YOU SEE." (Siri Hustvedt, 1995)This skill will be utilized in the seminar 'Literature and Photography' to translate your inner images into photographs. The seminar is about the idea to experience literature as an image source. Your photographs will interact with the text or will even leave it behind. The result is open and left completely to your imagination.

Regarding the course:

Please propose a text with a length of around 10 minutes when reading aloud. In case you don’t find a text, I can offer you two different texts to choose from.
You will search for a form that appropriately connects your photographs with the text. Presentation: book or two dimensional wall display.

During the first meeting we will discuss the texts and their possible implementations, in the second meeting you will show your results and we will discuss them and during the third meeting you will present your final selection.
