Applicants will be invited to an interview. Please bring along a portfolio with 10-30 photographs (minimum size 13x18cm, maximum size 30x40cm). Please note that the courses are given in German, so your German language skills will be certified during the application interview.
The final decision on the admission will be made on the basis of the submitted photographs and the interview.
The terms start March 1st and September 1st each year respectively.
FeesThe total duration of the study is three years.
Each academic year consists of two terms with each term five months of course.
Fundamental Studies: Euro 360,00 per course month (1./2. semester)
Advanced Studies: Euro 280,00 per course month (3./4. semester)
Graduating Class: Euro 280,00 per course month (5./6. semester)
Preparation practical assignment: Euro 120,00 per course month (7. semester)
Important: Please notice: The Neue Schule für Fotografie is a private institution. Therefore students are not able to receive BAFöG (BAFöG= Federal Education and Training Assistance Act)!
