With each photographic work we reinvent reality.
The closeness to reality of images, which we create with the camera should not make us forget about, that they are just an expression of our individual interest on certain aspects of the world surrounding us. The imagination, that photography could or should creat an unmistakable interpretation of reality has to be critically reflected.
For the development of a personal and vital photographic language, it is essential to learn about the aestetic and theoretical knowledged criterias of subjectiv creative processes. The dialogue with other photographers and the curious look of historical and contemporary positions in photography could be very helpful in this case.
